Improve your fitness while at home or in the office. Place the MagneTrainer on the floor and sit in a comfortable chair to exercise your legs. Place the bike on a tabletop and use your hands to tone and strengthen your arms and shoulders. The MagneTrainer uses magnetic resistance to provide ultra-smooth pedal motion in both the forward and reverse directions. The multi-function display measures speed, distance, elapsed time, and estimated calories burned. Use the multi-turn resistance knob to adjust your workout intensity. The comfortable pedals have foot straps and non-slip rubber foot pads. The pedal arms are padded for your comfort and protection. The rugged, adjustable steel base provides maximum stability. Use it while watching TV, working on the computer, reading a book, talking on the phone, or any other activity where you’re sitting down and your legs are free. The MagneTrainer is the only bike that comes with an options port. There are several options available that serve to enhance your motivation. For instance, the “PC Interface” option tracks your exercise progress and can even interact with computer games. A Playstation option is also available. The “TV Pedaler” makes you pedal in order to see your TV shows. The PC pedaler works the same way with your computer. When you stop pedaling, the screen goes blank.
