The MagneTrainer uses magnetic resistance to provide ultra-smooth pedal motion in both the forward and reverse directions. The multi-function display measures speed, distance, elapsed time, and estimated calories burned. Use the multi-turn resistance knob to adjust your workout intensity. The comfortable pedals have foot straps and non-slip rubber foot pads. The pedal arms are padded for your comfort and protection. The rugged, adjustable steel base provides maximum stability. Use it while watching TV, working on the computer, reading a book, talking on the phone, or any other activity where you’re sitting down and your legs are free. The MagneTrainer is the only bike that comes with an options port. There are several options available that serve to enhance your motivation.
