This is the best $15 I ever spent on any equipment. It is simple, strong, takes up very little space and easy as heck to install. I like my feet anchored when I do sit ups and this is perfect. It is adjustable for feet height (in case you are wearing shoes or barefeet-has a foam sleeve). All you do is slide it under a door, close the door and you’re set! Nothing can be done to improve this item. Its great as it is!
