The recumbent is wonderful for all, can not run, jog or walk long distances. There was no effect is ideal for those who have bad knees or feet. Just sit back and ride your rhythm and speed. There are several levels for all and work at your own pace. The adjustable seat, it is perfect, no matter what size you are. Go slowly at first, then you can make it more resilient and can accelerate pedal or two, depending on what works best for you. And you get services, if you work for 10 minutes or an hour. Get a little expensive, but not for you. And ,,,,,,,,, it is in pieces, if you need it again. Only a bit heavy and easy to assemble. (I know, I had all of me) If you choose, I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy. Rating: 5.5

I just got this bike a week. It took about an hour to install. I see a lot of complaints and comments on the manual and the parts are not marked. I discovered that if you take your time, read the installation instructions that goes well without any problem. This bike is awesome! I had both knees replaced this and giving me the job I did not need the pain, no problems at all. And I like it a lot better than can physical therapy, where I go. For the money not only for this machine. Rating: 5.5

This bike is stable and reliable. Both my husband and I use it several times a week. It is difficult, the user profile. “I get all the personal information, but can not say how to configure the actual training session, which I like. . . the book is not useful. Will seek help online. I’m sure it’s there! But otherwise, I am very happy with this bike. Rating: 5.5

My wife and I are very happy with the 220th We’ve always been torn between the 230 or 220 but the 220 has actually responded to our needs and has all the features we need. I think, basically just the 230 had more preset programs that we do not need anyway because we are only in manual mode. It is so good, I eventually go much farther than me on my bike old. I bought two Nordi-Trac (which cost more) before buying the 220 and had to return to the store to pick up the two since they both started, when bike hits. (220 games in the handle from right to left), but with the. . No problems. . . I love it. Rating: 5.5
