Perfect for P90X. Ideal for travel and need a type of training, without trying to pack all your weight with you. but not equivalent to using free weights, they “are an excellent alternative when you travel. Rating: 5.4

I chose these bands on the less expensive there because I thought it would be better. After two attempts, I decided to come back and try another brand. The quality of the tape seems good, but my main problem was with the handles. It is essentially a small PVC pipe on a flat rope (for lack of a better word). When I was with the PVC pipe handle is not very long, if my hand against the ropes time that I scratch all up and down. Rating: 5.3

I bought these tapes to work with work at home on DVD. The tapes are well done and each color has its own resistance. Perfect for what I needed. PRICE too! Rating: 5.5

Ordered this drive is 90X for my wife, who is Father She likes the bands and I love the quality of the construction gangs. I recommend for those seeking a workout abnd. Rating: 5.4

It was a lot of six different resistance groups. They work wonderfully, and the handles are good. I like to go fast in a position between them. My suggestion is that only those groups for different levels of intensity (I ended up writing 1,2,3, etc. on the handle straps so I can determine what use should be marked). Overall, I recommend. Rating: 5.4
