I returned this because I wanted what was in the picture, a silver/grey twist board. The blue twist board picture is shown elsewhere on Amazon, if I had wanted that, I would have bought it. Blue is a pretty color. By all means, consider buying it if you like blue or if you don’t have strong reactions to it.
I am sensitive to color and design in my everyday environment. For me, an “ugly” piece of exercise equipment is not worth the aesthetic disturbance it will cause me to have to see it clashing with my decor. The sense of “ugliness” only comes to me because it stands out in jarring contrast to my non-blue interior environment.
This rates only one star because sellers should not send something that does not match the photo on the product page.

This is an excellent, lightweight, easy to store your equipment. Good for relaxation, light exercise and stretching. Particularly suitable for women who do not want a heavy workout. For men, it is good for stretching and warm-up exercises. Rating: 5.5

This product does what it is intended to do, that’s about it. Great for basic arm exercises. For the money, it’s pretty useful.
