Don’t be mislead by other reviews. This bike does not assemble easily. It is not quiet. Just try watching TV or listening to music while pedaling. Yes, the seat is wide but the tension knob is a joke. Want to increase tension? Use the velcro strap around the wheel to increase resistance. . . yeah. . . a velcro strap. I’d send it back in a heartbeat if it wan’t so cumbersome to disassemble and re-ship. Big regret.

It is very easy to assemble. But using this bike leaves something to be desired. The resistance is very low, and digital does not display the correct number of calories burned. I drove seven hours to 45 minutes miles to the greatest resistance I could get and they told me that 80 verbrannt.Es calories is a good bike if you do not want that much of the training . Rating: 5.2

Just finished working out on my new Stamina CPS 1305. Great workout. I purchased it on May9. It was delivered May13. It took me less than 60 minutes to assemble the bike in a slow, leisurely pace. I got on it for the first time while watching the Celtics/Magic game. I’m 36 y old, 140lbs, fit. I’ve been doing P90X for a year. I started with a heart rate of 80. At 5 min, my heart rate was 130. At 10 minutes to 30 minutes, my heart rate was from 140-160. . . and sweating. I guess the flywheel is still very tight even at minimum settings that I had to stand up to pedal the bike. I’ve only had this for less than a week but I’m very happy so far. I get a great workout when I get out of bed and I don’t have to force myself to go to the gym. The bike itself does not take a lot of space. Make sure you put a mat under it because it tends to creep backwards. Otherwise, it’s very stable/sturdy. I’m a chiropractor and I recommend this equipment for people looking for a good cardio workout and who would want to lose weight.

This bike is awesome if it was made to last. I am on my 3rd one because of manufacture problems. Amazon was great about replacing the defective ones and I hope that the third is a charm. 1st one had a wobbly wheel and the 2nd one’s whole crank system blew out in less than a month. I do like how it rides though and hope my new one is defect free. Stamina CPS 1305 Indoor Upright Exercise Bike

Item arrived quickly and was not a chore to put together. I did have an issue with the bar that connects the handlebars to the bike but the company shipped me a replacement part quickly and I was able to finish it with no other problems. They include all the tools needed to put it together also.
My wife and I have been using it daily since I finished it and its great.
